You only pay for the energy you use, at the price shown in the app or on the charger before you plug in, with no hidden fees. The Electra+ subscription is optional and lowers the rate on every charge:

• -€0.20/kWh on every Electra charge with Smart at €4.99/month.
Our chargers deliver up to 600 kW, enough to recover around 400 km of range in 20 minutes. The exact time depends on your vehicle and its battery level.
No. You can charge without a subscription, simply paying for each charge. The Electra+ subscription is there for those who want to pay less every time, with no commitment.
Almost all electric vehicles. Our chargers are fitted with CCS and Type 2 connectors, compatible with the vast majority of models on the market.
You have the choice: by bank card on the payment terminal on the charger, by charging card, or directly from the Electra app with a saved bank card, where you always get the best price. Payment starts and stops automatically with your charging session.
